Evidence: Candidate provides artifacts and/or rationale documenting The significance of the scholarship to the candidate's field of study; The soundness of the scholarship (e.g., evidence of appropriate research design, use of appropriate samples). A consistent connection between scholarship and service and/or student learning (e.g., articles co-authored with students, use of scholarship in the classroom); and The consistent dissemination of the scholarship, which includes evidence of peer review (e.g., conference presentations, peer-reviewed articles, chapters, monographs, books, video, software). OUTSTANDING MENTORING/SERVICE AWARD Criteria: The candidate meets all the following Holds a tenure track or on-going clinical position in the college; Shares wisdom and knowledge consistently with students and/or faculty members; Engages in mentoring that is sustained and on-going over time and populations; Provides outstanding service consistently to appropriate agencies (e.g., schools, agencies, post- secondary institutions, organizations); Makes consistently significant contributions to the department, college, university, and/or profession; and Provides significant impact in roles of professional leadership.
