Approval and Records Maintenance Process

The CD Program Coordinator approves in writing (typically by email) all requests for a minor, even though this is a formality for Option 3.  The option applicable to each approved request is noted in the written approval.  A copy of each written approval is forwarded by email to the LRE Student Services staff member.  These copies will be printed and maintained in a CD Minors folder in the CD Undergraduate Admissions file drawer in the LRE office.
