The purpose of this program is to prepare persons for mid- and upper-level management and administration positions in colleges and universities. The program integrates theory and practice to enable graduates to deal with the diverse and complex demands of leadership in today's rapidly changing educational environments.

Electives: Students should select electives bases on career interests and with the advice and approval of the graduate advisor. Students that are writing a thesis should select one elective courses for a total of 3 elective hours. Students who are not writing a thesis should select two elective courses for a total of 6 elective hours.
